Lipstick on a pig
Let me interpert for you. When Obama said...If you put lipstick on a pig, Its still a pig.
What he was saying was You can put lipstick on a female dog , But she's still a female dog. And everyone knows what a female dog is. Bitch right.
It was a play on the Pitbull in lipstick remark. He just couldn't say if you put lipstick on a female dog. But he tried in a really lame way not to say dog, but meant Bitch. Also to the Muslim faith a pig is the worse thing you can be.

Portland should do this
Espicelly out on 82nd. In SE Portland we have two different kind of bike riders. We have the spandex and helmet riders and we have the OTHER (tweekers) riders.
The riders who ride the wrong direction. The ones who ride down the turn lane. The ones who put on Friday and Saturday night throw on their leather jackets and all ride their bikes to the bushes at Shuck's and drink beer with their other tweeker friends.
Those guys never wear helmets and we whould confiscate their bikes. There would be alot less incidents between cars and riders if these guys were removed from the road. The don't know the rules, they don't follow the rules, they don't care about the rules and they make 82nd dangerous.

You know what I've noticed
Through my many Political discussions. That Democrats are feelers and Republicans are thinkers.
When you hear the two parties discuss their views I have noticed that my Democrats friends seem to say I feel feel this way or i feel that way and Republicans friends tend to say I think this or I think that. Just something I have noticed.
