My friend sends me this e-mail from the Portland Police that says something about National Seatbelt Week. That police will be making sure everyone is wearing their seatbelts.

WHAT?!

We have tweekers freely roaming the streets of Southeast Portland. We have Bridge Beavers sittin on Johnson Creek bridge slingn' their beaver pelt 24/7. Downtown the panhandling problem is out of control and so is the homeless teen problem. And the Portland Police decide WOW we better crack down on seatbelts.!

How about we have National catch a tweeker day? Or National trap a bridge beaver day?

There are so many more effective days then National Seatbelt day.

How about fling a tweeker into Mexico Day? How about National move a homeless tweeker dude to the woods day? Or buy a hippie chick a razor day?
